Ascend Lead is a lead aggregation and distribution platform. We connect overseas education consultants with students interested in studying abroad by distributing potential student data (“leads”). We do not directly generate or validate all leads and act as a facilitator between lead providers and consultants.

3. Lead Source & Consent
By purchasing leads through our platform, you acknowledge that such leads may originate from third-party data partners, affiliate marketers, or advertising platforms. These partners are solely responsible for obtaining the necessary consent from the students, in compliance with applicable data privacy laws.

4. Client Responsibilities
As a client, you agree to:

• Use lead data only for lawful, educational counseling purposes.
• Refrain from reselling, sharing, or exploiting leads for unrelated marketing or promotional activities.
• Protect student information with adequate security measures.
  Any misuse of data may result in immediate termination of your access to our platform and possible legal action.

5. Lead Quality & Disclaimer
While we aim to provide accurate and relevant student leads, we do not guarantee:

• A specific number of conversions or admissions.
• Responsiveness or engagement from students.
• The accuracy or timeliness of every data point.
• All leads are provided “as is”, and results may vary based on your communication, sales efforts, and student interest.

6. Payment & Refund Policy
All payments made through our website are final and non-refundable.
Leads are delivered digitally and instantly. As such, once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed. However, if you encounter invalid or non-functional leads, you may raise a support ticket within 48 hours, and our team will verify the issue and adjust your next lead batch accordingly, at our discretion.

7. Limitation of Liability
Ascend Lead shall not be held liable for:

• Inaccurate or misleading information provided by students.
• Actions or misrepresentations of third-party lead sources.
• Legal or regulatory issues arising from your misuse of the data provided.
  Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the disputed leads.

8. Data Privacy & Compliance
Clients must comply with all applicable data protection regulations, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India). You are responsible for ensuring the ethical and legal handling of all student information you receive through our platform.

9. Termination of Service
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to our services, with or without notice, if you:

• Violate any part of these Terms.
• Breach data privacy laws.
• Engage in fraudulent, unethical, or harmful practices.

10. Intellectual Property
All content, designs, logos, text, graphics, and systems used on this website are the intellectual property of Ascend Lead. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of any part of our platform is strictly prohibited.

11. Changes & Amendments
